1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or availing our solar installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Mannjog Solar Panel provides the following services:

• Rooftop solar panel installation for residential, commercial and industrial properties
• Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services
• Net metering application assistance with PSPCL
• PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy application support
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for solar systems
• Solar installation for housing societies across Ludhiana and Haryana

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Mannjog Solar Panel are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on site conditions, equipment availability and government subsidy rates at the time of installation. Final pricing is confirmed only after a site survey.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement. Typically, a percentage is collected as advance, with the balance due upon installation completion. All payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque or other agreed methods. Mannjog Solar Panel reserves the right to pause work in case of delayed payments.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

Mannjog Solar Panel provides the following warranties:

• Solar panels: As per manufacturer warranty (typically 10–25 years performance warranty)
• Inverters: As per manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years)
• Installation workmanship: 1 year warranty from date of commissioning

Warranties are void in cases of misuse, tampering, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties without our consent.

6. Subsidy Assistance

While we assist customers in applying for government subsidies under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and other schemes, we do not guarantee approval or disbursement of subsidy amounts. Subsidy approvals are at the sole discretion of the Government of India and PSPCL/relevant authorities.

7. Site Survey & Installation

Our free site survey is conducted to assess feasibility. Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, grid approvals, or material supply. Mannjog Solar Panel will not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mannjog Solar Panel's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
